The powerful HIAB X-HiPRO 362 EP-boom truck crane lets you flex your lifting muscle for bulky loads with a longer, lighter outreach and 10 percent more lifting capacity than similar cranes, and all the power, precision and performance that come with many of the best of HIAB’s high-tech features. X-HiPRO 362EP-3, EP-4 and EP-5 models are equipped with a V200 valve, XSDrive remote control, Vertical Load Stability System (LSS-V), Boom Deployment Assistant (BDA), Semi-Automatic Folding (SAF), 23-foot fixed outriggers, an external display, a relay box, LED work lights on the boom, an extra valve for an optional 4+4 auxiliary outriggers and an aluminum oil tank. Its HiPRO hydraulic control system is the most advanced in the industry, with built-in XSDrive remote control, Pump Flow Distribution (PFD), and Automatic Speed Control (ASC).

Low-weight, long-reach, high-intensity performance for bulky loads

The X-HiPRO 362 articulating crane features an EP boom. Its longer extensions are constructed of ultra-strong, ultra-high-tensile steel, delivering greater outreach, greater stability, and more net capacity for heavy, bulky loads. Oil-bathed rack-and-pinion slewing gives you the durability and reliability you need to do that, with high, consistent slewing torque, smooth operation, and reduced wear and tear. The three available models differ only in reach. The X-HiPRO 362E-3 lifts 6,490 lb at 33’6”. The EP-4 model lifts 5,200 lb at 41’4”, and the EP-5 model lifts 4,100 lb at 49’3”. All lift 22,050 lb at 10’6”, 10’2” and 9’6”, respectively.

HiPRO’s hydraulic control system features an ergonomic XSDrive wireless remote control that boosts safety, visibility, and mobility. Operate up to 24 proportional functions and seven on/off functions at the same time. Pump Flow Distribution (PFD) evenly divides oil flow among active functions, ensuring uninterrupted precision and predictability at high capacity or when multiple functions are used at once. Automatic Speed Control (ASC) seamlessly increases lifting capacity by 10 percent as needed and adjusts speed when the crane reaches its capacity limit.

The X-HiPRO 362 articulating crane operates on HIAB’s powerful SPACE intelligence system. And that comes with a lot of high-powered performance features. A V200 valve ensures high oil flow and quick regeneration at faster speeds, with greater accuracy, precise control, and fuel savings. LSS-V is a Load Stability System that automatically senses unintentional lever movement and counteracts it, minimizing the need for operator correction. Boom Deployment Assistance (BDA) monitors the angle and position of your X-HiPRO 362 during folding and unfolding to prevent any movement that could damage the crane. And Semi-Automatic Folding (SAF) sensors accurately monitor the crane’s angle and position when folding and unfolding.

Optional extras to define your business

Upgrade your HIAB X-HiPRO 362 truck-mounted crane with available options to better define your business. Integrated easy-tilt auxiliary legs with gas-sprint assist give you 180-degree clearance for ground clearance and space for equipment. Add hose and pipe kits for 5^th- and 6^th-function hose reels to the boom tip, with fixed connections or large multi-couplings, to simultaneously connect all 5^th- and 6^th functions in one operation. Or a two-tonne compact winch, with 10 mm rotation-resistant wire rope, load, hook, grooved drum, and pressure roller for improved rope wind-up. It’s fully integrated with SPACE, providing OLP, overwind protection and anti-two-block protection. EP-3 and EP-5 models can also be fitted with a hook block to increase winch lifting capacity. Variable Stability Limit (VSL) automatically balances your load weight and your crane’s stability, optimizing capacity and safety. You can also add a 12.5-tonne roller-bearing hook and a range of accessories, including buckets, rotators, pallet forks, hydraulic hooks, and brick grabs.
