Purpose-built for drywall or roofing deliveries
The HIAB K-HiPRO 515 truck crane is purpose-built to get the job done. And that job is drywall delivery. The K-HiPRO 515 with winch adds roofing to its list of specialized roles. Make long deliveries up to 21.7 m away from your parked truck. Deliver with accuracy from nine storeys (25 m) up a tall building. Think about how much drywall or roofing material you can deliver with a load capacity of 652 kg! It has fast load cycles, high durability, and increased torque thanks to continuous slewing.
Drywall or roofing? Which model is right for your business?
The K-HiPRO 515 drywall crane boasts a CombiDrive eight-function radio remote control system, with a hydraulic tilting wallboard fork and rotator. The K-HiPRO 515 with a roofing winch uses HIAB’s XSDrive radio remote control, which lets you view your load from the best possible position and more effectively handle roofing deliveries, and comes with a Rotzler T1-2 winch and a wireless anti-two-block.
Advantages that go beyond extraordinary vertical and horizontal reach
The advantages of the HIAB K-HiPRO 515 are not just about reaching extraordinarily high or far. The real added value of this truck-mounted crane is its efficiency. Computer-enhanced features enable safe, hassle-free operation. Powerful dual motors and high-speed 16-foot equal-spread auxiliary outriggers speed up setup. A variable pump and a 12V converter reduce fuel consumption and extend the life of the crane. It’s equipped with the HiPRO remote-control system. That means the best in speed, precision, performance, and safety. A Load Stability System (LSSV) automatically senses unintentional lever movement and counteracts it, minimizing the need for operator correction. It enables even less experienced operators to maintain full control over complex deliveries, with reduced risk to materials and the surrounding environment.
The K-HiPRO 515 is easy to handle. It also comes with an external display and a 200L aluminum oil tank, and is protected with nDurance coating, HIAB’s proprietary multi-layered nanotech finish. All of that adds up to a faster, smoother, safer, and more durable crane.
With a crane like this, all the best features are already built in
With the HIAB K-HiPRO 515, you have pretty much everything you could want. But if you do want them, you can add available easy-tilt hydraulic stabilizers combined with a standard 26-foot winch to increase clearance for trailer towing, or upgrade to 20-foot auxiliary outriggers.
When you’re single-focused, it’s all you could ever want.
And benefits you can always rely on
Like all HIABs, the K-HiPRO 515 drywall/roofing crane sets the bar as the Canadian Industry Standard (CIS), is the world’s leading truck-mounted crane brand, and has the highest resale value in the industry. Plus, you get all the value, service, and support you’ve come to expect from Atlas Polar and its national truck-mounted sales and service network.
