Lift heavier drywall loads further, safer and smarter

The HIAB K-HiPRO 425 truck-mounted drywall crane is a dream for any fleet operator. It safely and accurately lifts heavier loads farther—4,095 kg close-in and 1,450 kg at an extraordinary 19 m reach—delivering them almost anywhere. The K-HiPRO 425 delivers on high-performance expectations with exclusive HIAB features, including XSDrive radio remote control, a full SPACEX4 safety system for constant power supply and correct voltage, and an external display. It also comes equipped with a hydraulic tilting wallboard fork and rotator, an extra valve for optional auxiliary outriggers, a high-pressure piston pump, a 12V converter, and an aluminum oil tank. Add optional controls that automatically correct errors and adjust the crane tip for accurate placement and remote connectivity, and that's just a start.

Make even the toughest drywall jobs simpler, safer and more productive

The HIAB K-HiPRO 425 comes with everything you need to make every drywall job easier. Its XSDrive remote control system gives you easy fingertip control of 24 functions and seven on/off switches, from the optimal position on the ground—even while wearing work gloves. It’s loaded with features that ensure durability, low maintenance, high efficiency, and low emissions. Its Vertical Load Stability System® (LSSV) keeps the boom level, minimizing bounce, and automatically adjusts for unintentional lever movements, smoothly returning to its last position to protect the load, operator, crane and surroundings. The K-HiPRO 425 also comes with a safety ‘must.' LeverSupervision prevents unintended manual override.

Available CTC puts absolute accuracy in the hands of almost any operator

The K-HiPRO 425 saves time and money and makes fleet control easy. Available Crane Tip Control® (CTC) allows even less experienced operators to deliver high-capacity loads at long, long reach through doors, windows, or balconies, around obstacles and in narrow spaces with total control and accuracy. Working safely from the ground and using only three levers—vertical, horizontal, and fold/unfold—the operator determines the start and end points of the delivery. CTC’s integrated software does the hard work of calculating the optimal simultaneous boom movements.

More durable, more cost-effective + more value – from purchase to resale

The K-HiPRO 425 does more than make drywall jobs easier and more profitable. It’s always on the job thanks to a host of other HIAB standard features, like a High-Flow Variable Pump. It lowers fuel consumption and emissions. It also makes for longer oil life, lower service costs, and faster reaction times. Industry-standard leak-free soft-seal couplings and corrosion-resistant zistaplex pipes help ensure durability. Reliability matters: And, like all HIABs, the K-HiPRO 425 has the highest resale value of its kind in the industry and sets the bar as the Canadian Industry Standard (CIS). It goes the distance.

Only one thing could make the HIAB K-HiPRO 425 even better
