Work Site Pre-Operation Inspection
| Stay Well Clear of Wires | ||
| 01. | Overhead and below ground, adhere to minimum limits of approach regulations at all times |

| Confirm Truck/Crane Stability | ||
| 01. | Check that ground is firm and level |

| 02. | Ensure the outriggers are fully extended and support legs are set on supplemental pads. Check wheels if necessary |
|
| 03. | Load check - Confirm weights of loads and rigging with the load chart for the crane in use |
|
| 04. | Always use proper rigging procedures and practices for the task at hand |

| Keep Area Clear | ||
| 01. | No unauthorized personnel in operation zone |
|
| 02. | Keep boom and load clear of all people and objects during operation |
|
| 03. | Assign a signal person if necessary |
