Description

If you are looking for a compact crane that offers the flexibility to work in a variety of environments, look no further than the HIAB XS 022.

Designed to be mounted on lighter trucks, the XS 022 offers a lot of power in the 2 to 4 tonne metre range.

With the XS 022, you have your choice of control systems, all compliant to EN/AS standards:

  • CLX – no electronics, emergency stop and pressure gauge on both sides; a cost–effective solution; fitted with a V30 valve.
  • Duo – includes the SPACE 3000 system, dual side control and electronic safety options; fitted with a V30 valve.
  • HiDuo – includes the SPACE 4000 system, XSDrive remote control, has no ASC function; fitted with V80R valve.

The V30 valve, available with the CLX and Duo control systems, has an open centre design with compact dimensions, making it suitable for lower oil flows.

There are also two boom options:

  • The B–boom with no link, which includes 1 or 2 extensions.
  • The D–boom with an outer link and 1, 2 or 3 extensions.

The XS 022 includes standard tiltable stabilizers and asymmetrical stabilizer beams that optimize the use of the stabilizer extensions, minimize the weight of the equipment, and compensate for the offset of the column. Solid casted construction extends the life of the crane by enhancing stress distribution and strength.

Modular and versatile, the XS 022 has limitless possibilities.
